He attributes his high success rate to meticulous attention to detail, unwavering ethics, perseverance, creative negotiating skills, and an in depth knowledge of the business selling process. He is also a licensed Realtor, professional accountant, and has bought and sold businesses in his personal portfolio. Andy is an entrepreneur at heart. He is passionate about small business as an essential pillar of society, providing products, services, jobs, innovation and more. He believes in acquisition entrepreneurship as a proven means of achieving financial security and lifestyle freedom. Andy is a registered business broker and a licensed managing real estate broker in the state of Illinois. Andy has a degree in Accounting from the University of Montana and spent the first 10 years of his career as a professional accountant. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, fishing, spending quality time with family, and being out in nature with his dog, Samson.

Maria is partner and senior broker at Lighthouse Business Brokers. A life-long Chicagoan and born into a long line of entrepreneurs and realtors, Maria studied Public Relations and Marketing at Columbia College of Chicago before beginning her career as a Realtor and business broker. With over a decade of real estate and business brokering experience Maria prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships with her clients and to make sure they feel comfortable with what may be their largest personal transaction. Maria, who is also fluent in Spanish, brings an extensive knowledge of marketing and real estate; This coupled with her adept negotiating skills and unshakable enthusiasm, makes her an invaluable resource at Lighthouse Business Brokers.

Seth is a Broker at Lighthouse Business Brokers located at the Austin, Texas office. With over 5 years working in investment banking on mergers and acquisitions in Chicago and New York City, Seth decided to take his skills into the real world and purchased a home staging business in Chicago. He took his financial management skills from banking, and passion for sales & marketing, and grew the business for four years before ultimately selling the company. Seth prides himself on adding value to client relationships and ensuring service is delivered to the highest degree. Seth is a Chartered Financial Analyst and studied Economics at The University of Arizona.
