Andy is one of the original founders of Lighthouse Business Brokers, a talented broker, and a serial entrepreneur. In 2004 Andy earned a degree in Accounting from the University of Montana. Although it was difficult to leave the mountains and rivers of Montana, Andy returned to Chicago to begin his career as an accountant in Corporate America. During this time he learned his way around a corporate accounting office and became proficient in understanding complex accounting systems. It was a valuable experience, but after 10 years it was time for a change. Andy always had an in interest in real estate, so he got a real estate license and took a leap of faith into real estate sales. It was a challenge to get going, but over time he developed a network and became a successful agent. He is currently a licensed managing broker in the State of Illinois and continues to sell and invest in real estate. With experience in accounting and real estate sales, business brokerage was a natural fit. In 2016 Lighthouse Business Brokers was founded. Since then Andy has been a party to 100's of transactions, gaining deep experience and a passion for the art of the deal. He has bought and sold his own businesses and real estate investments, which has provided many of the most valuable lessons. He currently focuses on working with sellers of both businesses and real estate. Andy loves helping people achieve their dreams and looks forward to future success stories.

Luz Maria Campuzano is more than a business broker - she’s a trusted guide through life’s transitions. She is a partner and senior broker at Lighthouse Business Brokers. A life-long Chicagoan and born into a long line of entrepreneurs and realtors, Maria studied Public Relations and Marketing at Columbia College of Chicago before beginning her career as a Realtor and business broker. With years of experience in luxury real estate and a standout career at the Brad Lippitz Group in Chicago, she has honed the art of closing deals and securing the best outcomes for her clients. Now a vital part of Lighthouse Business Brokers, Luz brings unparalleled intuition and emotional intelligence to every transaction. Her ability to connect deeply with clients allows her to understand their true desires and match them with buyers who are a perfect fit. A metaphysician with a passion for growth, Luz is currently pursuing ICF accreditation as a whole life coach, enabling her to empower others to find clarity and achieve their dreams.

Seth is a Broker at Lighthouse Business Brokers located at the Austin, Texas office. With over 5 years working in investment banking on mergers and acquisitions in Chicago and New York City, Seth decided to take his skills into the real world and purchased a home staging business in Chicago. He took his financial management skills from banking, and passion for sales & marketing, and grew the business for four years before ultimately selling the company. Seth prides himself on adding value to client relationships and ensuring service is delivered to the highest degree. Seth is a Chartered Financial Analyst and studied Economics at The University of Arizona.
